I'm so excited to be writing about Aveda - who have been featured in my In and Around Covent Garden column - on my blog this week. According to Ayurveda tradition, we are made up of the five elements. The new Tulasara range is all about 'moving toward balance' and promotes the idea of surrounding ourselves with nature in our daily routines for our own wellbeing. Aveda have captured and bottled – in an apothecary-inspired design - what every consumer looks for. Products that promote a balance in the mind, body and spirit.
‘Balanced skin is the absence of negatives; it is free of stress and looks healthy and beautiful.’ – Drs. Vinod and Kusum Upadhyay, Ayurvedic experts and consultants to Aveda since 1978.
