All the perks of summer are endless. Sun, sea, sand and warm climates. (Things you’re unlikely to experience in the UK, where a ‘good day’ consists of two hours of sun and outbreaks of rain and hail.) Immersing ourselves in all that the season brings, however, can have detrimental effects on the skin. Late nights due to a lack of routine, heat and sun exposure – the leading cause of premature skin ageing - can leave your skin feeling dehydrated and prone to damage. Enter Neal's Yard Remedies.
Since having opened in 1981 in a serene yet exuberant part of Covent Garden, Neal's Yard Remedies have become known for their belief that beauty and skincare should be natural. Fast forward to today and they are still true to what they first set out to do; to provide natural, organic and honest products. I was so excited to try their products, some of which have been featured in my August column with In and Around Covent Garden Magazine, including their Deliciously Ella range which launched this month!
